In systems that only use Deionization (1 stage), resin mixed bed ion exchange creates water just as pure, but you will constantly be replacing your Deionization filters and media. The four stages of filtration before the Deionization dramatically increase the lifespan of your Deionization filter, giving you a much lower lifetime cost than using just Deionization alone.

Deionization

RO Membrane

Compact, high-density, graded reverse membrane layers make this the highest impurity reduction rated Reverse Osmosis Membrane. Catches impurities as small as 0.0001um (1/10,000th of a micron) including various living impurities. High rejection rate of: chlorine, total organic carbon (TOC), benzene, industrial solvents, turbidity, total dissolved solids (TDS), and chemicals causing bad tastes and odors. Density grading of the membrane layers gives your filtration the most surface area which means your filter catches more impurities and lasts longer giving you the best value in filtration. 50 Gallons Per Day.

Universal Filtration
