The product has a shelf life of 3 years, but there are a few key points to consider: 1. The system cannot work on and off automatically. 2. The flow rate is lower than tap water, producing around 4.2 gallons of pure water per hour under the test conditions (70 PSI, 77°F/25°C, 250 PPM NaCl, 15% recovery). 3. The pure water cannot be stored for more than 1 day, as the user must open the feed water valve when water is needed.
